Student View of Data
When a student logs-in to Jotter2 they will have access to the dashboard where they will see the MIS Portal App along with any other apps they have been given permission to view.
They will first see an overview screen when the app is clicked which gives details about the student and a summary of their achievement and behaviour points.
If they then click through the menu items on the left hand side of the screen they will open up further pages
Attendance
A graphical representation and real-time data, showing absences as well as attendance
Timetable
A copy of the students timetable. Any changes made in SIMS, ie INSET days, Holidays etc will show on the timetable
Achievements
These are achievement points awarded in SIMS and pulled across. The graphical representation shows a time-line plus an interactive list of Achievements including comments
Behaviour
Same source of data as the Achievement points.
